Overview
Ari is a trusted counselor and effective advocate. His practice includes a wide variety of commercial trial work, with significant experience in complex business-tort and contract-related litigation, securities arbitration, intellectual property matters, and real estate litigation.
Ari has a large common interest community practice, counseling common interest communities of all sizes. He routinely reviews and amends community documents, prepares contracts, collects debts, represents clients in matters before the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, and provides general governance advice.
