Attorney Jocelyn B. Hurwitz has become the firm's first female Co-Managing Partner, effective January 1, 2026.
For many years, Jocelyn served as Chair of the firm’s Family Law Group. She draws on the group’s collective expertise and creativity to deliver positive outcomes for her clients. Jocelyn collaborates closely with lawyers across the firm, both within and beyond her practice group, to achieve successful results, whether through settlement or at trial. Within the firm, Jocelyn is committed to mentoring associates and supporting their professional growth through the firm’s Connecting Women @ CW initiative.
Attorney Hurwitz has been ranked at the highest level by Chambers High Net Worth Guide 2025 for the Family/Matrimonial practice area. She has also been named to the “Top 25 Women in Connecticut Super Lawyers®” list (2021-2025) and the “Top 50 Connecticut Super Lawyers®” list (2022-2023). Attorneys Ellen R. Sutliffe Hain and Michelle M. Zulawski have become Principals of the firm, effective January 1, 2026. Ellen is a member of Cohen and Wolf’s Elder Law, Tax, and Trusts & Estates Groups, and Michelle is a member of the firm’s Family Law Group.
Ellen R. Sutliffe Hain focuses her practice on elder law and trusts and estates. She assists her clients in meeting their estate planning goals and protecting their assets for their loved ones. Ellen has significant experience in navigating the complicated long-term care system and preparing for and filing Medicaid long-term care applications. She regularly works with clients who are able to plan for asset preservation, as well as those who must act immediately to access public benefits systems.
Michelle M. Zulawski’s practice has been dedicated to family law for over a decade. She has litigated divorce and custody matters in various judicial districts throughout Connecticut. Michelle is certified as a Guardian ad Litem (GAL) and Attorney for the Minor Child (AMC) for the State of Connecticut. Since 2025, she has served on the Fairfield County Bar Association Family Law Committee.

Tatiana F. DaSilva has been quoted in the Law360 Pulse article entitled “Connecticut Firms Announce 2025 Promotion” on January 9, 2025, which highlights her promotion to Principal at Cohen and Wolf.
Tatiana has become a Principal of the firm, effective January 1, 2025. She is a member of the firm’s Trust & Estates, Elder Law, and Tax practice groups.
Tatiana serves on the Executive Committee and the CLE Committee of the Estates and Probate Section of the Connecticut Bar Association, and is a member of Plan of Connecticut.
Tatiana is a graduate of Class II of the New England Fellows Institute of the American College of Trusts and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). In 2022, Tatiana was the recipient of a "New Leader in the Law" award by the Connecticut Law Tribune.

Greta E. Solomon has been featured in the Super Lawyers Connecticut 2024 article entitled “Exercising Their Power,” along with three other Connecticut women attorneys. Greta shares what it was like as a woman navigating through a male-dominated field and describes the discrimination she faced at her first law firm. She also gives a few nods to mentors throughout her career and plants seeds of wisdom for the next generation.
Greta is chair of Cohen and Wolf's Trusts & Estates, Elder Law, and Tax Groups. For more than 45 years, Greta has been assisting clients in the areas of estate planning, elder law, and probate administration (including estates, trusts, conservatorships, guardianships, etc.).
Greta is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). She is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). Greta serves on the Board of Directors of Marrakech, Inc., an organization that provides person-centered and unique human services for individuals with and without disabilities throughout Connecticut. Recently she became a member of the Board of Directors of her synagogue, Or Shalom, located in Orange, CT.
