Overview

Marc is an accomplished and business-minded advisor who brings more than a decade of experience—as both an advocate, and, most recently, as Global Litigation Counsel for a multinational and publicly traded corporation. This depth of experience allows Marc to excel at anticipating business concerns and delivering practical, tailored solutions. His practice centers on appellate litigation, complex/high-value commercial disputes, and securities-related matters. Marc represents clients in state and federal courts and has frequently arbitrated financial disputes before FINRA.

Holding both US and UK law degrees, and being a native Englishman, Marc offers a unique perspective on business cultures and client expectations across jurisdictions. He earned his US law degree after graduating summa cum laude and third in his class from Quinnipiac University School of Law, Connecticut. Marc resides in Fairfield County, is passionate about soccer (football), and enjoys fitness, travel, and theatre.
