Overview

Marc is an experienced litigator who focuses his practice on commercial disputes and securities-related litigation. He appears frequently in Connecticut State and Federal Courts, in which he handles complex commercial disputes; and he has substantial experience arbitrating matters before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Marc also appears in State and Federal Appellate Courts, in which he handles matters ranging from copyright infringement to title insurance claims.
