Overview

Joshua’s practice is comprised of a broad range of civil litigation matters, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, debt collection, debt resolution, breach of contract, and landlord/tenant disputes. He also represents clients with respect to various criminal matters, such as motor vehicle offenses, violations of protective orders, breach of peace, and assault. 

In addition to his litigation practice, Joshua also handles various transactional matters involving the purchase and sale of real estate, including extensive experience with short sales and deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure.  He regularly represents and provides counsel to common interest communities, municipalities, and businesses, as well as individuals, in both his litigation and transactional practices.
