Overview
Joshua has extensive experience in matters of debt collection, bankruptcy and foreclosure. He represents municipalities, common interest communities and businesses, as well as individuals. He is a zealous advocate for his clients, both debtors and creditors, and he works diligently to ensure that they are adequately protected and well-informed throughout the court processes. Joshua serves municipalities and common interest communities throughout Fairfield and New Haven Counties in the enforcement of statutory liens and collections. He also handles breach of contract, landlord/tenant matters and commercial litigation matters.
Prior to joining Cohen and Wolf, Joshua represented banks and other lending institutions of all sizes in matters arising from default. He has handled foreclosure matters for most of the preeminent lenders and servicers in the industry.
