Lauren directs and manages all aspects of the firm’s human resources, including management of staff, non-attorney recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, counseling, workforce planning, payroll, and personnel policy administration. Additionally, she oversees the operation of the firm’s information systems, including the planning, implementation, and management of the firm’s computer networks, programs, and equipment.  Lauren has been with the firm since 2006.  Prior to becoming the Director of Human Resources & Information Technology, she practiced law in the firm's Real Estate and Business & Corporate Groups.
