Avery directs and manages all aspects of the firm’s human resources, including employee relations, payroll, benefits, and recruitment. Additionally, she oversees the firm’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Avery managed the Human Resources Department at Connecticut Legal Services, Inc.
