Overview

Joseph’s practice encompasses a broad range of civil litigation matters, including foreclosure, debt collection, debt resolution, landlord/tenant disputes, and mediation. 

For more than eight years, Joseph has represented banks and mortgage servicers in foreclosure matters.  He has extensive experience with all stages of the litigation process, from negotiating favorable settlements for his clients to successfully litigating highly contested matters. He has also spent over four years representing property management companies and individual landlords in landlord/tenant disputes and eviction proceedings, giving him a comprehensive understanding of real property and creditor rights litigation.

Joseph appears regularly in courts throughout the state of Connecticut.  He has built a strong reputation for his practical approach, responsiveness, and effective case management.  His experience handling a high-volume of time-sensitive matters enables him to efficiently organize and expedite priority matters through the judicial process, achieving timely and effective results for his clients.
