Robyne DruckerRobyn represents public, private, and emerging companies, educational institutions, and individuals in commercial real estate and business transactions, ranging from commercial loans and corporate M&A to commercial real estate purchases, sales, leasing and the establishment of common interest communities.

Robyn serves as Chair of the firm's Business & Corporate and Real Estate Groups, and Chair of the firm’s Recruitment & Retention Committee. She also serves on the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Planning and Practice Management, and Employee Relations Committees.

Recently, Robyn received a 2025 Women in Business Award for Excellence in Business by Fairfield Chamber of Commerce and a 2024 Women Innovator Award by Westfair Business Journal to honor women who take initiative, drive positive change, and redefine the workplace experience.

Phil PiresA persuasive and successful litigator, Phil has handled a variety of litigation matters including complex commercial disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, partnership and shareholder disputes, adverse possession claims, prescriptive easement claims, quiet title actions, landlord/tenant cases, and collection actions. Phil frequently appears in the Connecticut Probate Court system representing beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and creditors in a variety of probate litigation matters.

In addition to litigation, he practices in the municipal and land use and zoning arena, regularly appearing before planning and zoning commissions, inland wetlands commissions, zoning boards of appeals, the Connecticut Siting Council, and other administrative agencies, advocating for applicants, developers, property owners, and neighborhood groups. Phil also regularly counsels municipalities and property owners in commercial and residential property tax appeals.  Phil presently serves as the Town Attorney for the Town of Fairfield.

Phil has been named to the Benchmark Litigation "40 & Under Hot List" (2018-2023) and as a “Future Star” for Benchmark Litigation (2024-2025). He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America® for Commercial Litigation (2021-2025), Arbitration (2025), Litigation – Trust and Estates (2025), and Real Estate Law (2025). Phil has been named to the Super Lawyers® list for State, Local & Municipal (2024) and the Super Lawyers® Rising Star" list for Business Litigation and State, Local & Municipal (2012-2023).

In 2022, Phil received a 2022 Millennial & Gen Z Award for his dedication, hard work, and creativity in the technology and business communities of Westchester and Fairfield counties. Phil has been honored with an AV® Preeminent™ Peer Rating from Martindale-Hubbell since 2015.

Active in his community, Phil serves on the Board of Commissioners for Bridgeport Downtown Special Services District and presently serves as the Board’s Chairman, a position he has held since 2018.
