Overview

Sam represents businesses and individuals across a variety of corporate and real estate matters. Understanding that each client’s objectives are unique, he works diligently to craft solutions that meet the client’s business needs and legal considerations. Sam advises clients on entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting, commercial financing transactions, real estate purchases and sales, and leasing.

In law school, Sam served in the Quinnipiac University School of Law Tax Clinic where he represented clients to resolve tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services.

Prior to joining Cohen and Wolf, Sam worked for a public accounting firm where he focused on tax issues related to mergers and acquisitions transactions.
