Overview
Marjorie (Maggie) is a member of the of the firm’s Trusts & Estates, Tax, and Elder Law groups. She counsels clients in connection with estate planning and probate administration matters, drawing on her legal expertise and background in social work to provide practical, compassionate, and strategic guidance for each client’s needs.
Maggie earned her J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2024, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal. She also earned her Master of Social Work from the Quinnipiac School of Social Work, experience that supports her client-centered approach, particularly in matters involving sensitive family and personal circumstances.
Prior to joining Cohen and Wolf, Maggie began her career as an attorney at Suisman Shapiro in New London, where she worked on a variety of matters including estate planning, probate administration, conservatorships, and civil litigation.
