Anna is a member of the firm’s Business & Corporate, Commercial Finance, Real Estate, and Physicians’ Practice groups.
Anna assists businesses at all stages of the business life cycle, from formation through large-scale mergers and acquisitions. She works closely with clients to understand their operations and objectives and provides practical, business-minded legal solutions tailored to their needs.
Anna’s practice involves collaborating with business owners, lenders, investors, medical professionals, municipalities, and individuals to facilitate efficient and successful transactions. She takes pride in supporting her clients as they pursue and achieve their business goals.
Anna is resident in the firm’s Bridgeport office.
