Attorney David Dobin to Receive Pro Bono Award

BRIDGEPORT, CT - On October 28, 2016, the Judges of the Connecticut Federal District Court will award the District’s 2016 Pro bono Award to Attorney David Dobin of Cohen and Wolf, P.C. The Pro Bono Award recognizes “outstanding service to the court in providing legal services to indigent persons.” Attorney Dobin is receiving the award for his involvement in representing inmate clients in cases relating to the exercise of their rights under the free-exercise clause of the First Amendment. 

Attorney David Dobin is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Municipal, and Common Interest Communities Groups. Resident in the firm’s Bridgeport office, Mr. Dobin practices in the areas of commercial litigation, trademark infringement litigation, real property litigation, foreclosures, landlord/tenant disputes, municipal law, and condominium law. Mr. Dobin has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Connecticut Super Lawyers (2013-2015), and recently, he was recognized by the Connecticut Law Tribune as a “New Leader in the Law”.
