Two New Associates Join Cohen and Wolf, P.C.

BRIDGEPORT, CT  - The law firm of Cohen and Wolf, P.C., a full-service law firm with four offices in Fairfield and New Haven counties, is pleased to announce that attorneys Robyn H. Drucker and Rachel A. Schwartzman have joined the firm’s Bridgeport office.

“We are pleased to have Robyn and Rachel join us at Cohen and Wolf,” said the firm’s managing partner, David A. Ball. “They were both summer associates with the firm in 2010, and are welcome additions to our firm.”

Robyn H. Drucker is an associate in Cohen and Wolf’s Business & Corporate, Real Estate and Employment & Labor Groups. She helps business achieve their goals through corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, real estate purchases, sales and leasing, and labor statutes and regulations.

Prior to earning her law degree, Ms. Drucker served as a Legal Advocacy Intern for The Women’s Lunch Place, which provides a safe, comfortable daytime shelter, nutritious food and services for women who are homeless or poor in Boston. She also performed work for several top-tier New England law firms, and served as a Legal Assistant for Lawyer’s Choice Suites, Inc., a full brokerage real estate company.

Ms. Drucker received her J.D. in 2011 from Boston University School of Law, and her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Rochester in 2007.

Rachel A. Schwartzman is an associate in Cohen and Wolf’s Litigation Group.

She previously served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Joan Margolis of the United States District Court in New Haven, and as a paralegal for the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, Appeals Bureau. She also held several positions with Pace University School of Law, where she earned her J.D. in 2011.

Ms. Schwartzman received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Hamilton College in 2007, and was awarded the Samuel F. Kirkland Fellowship Prize for post-graduate studies and the Sydna Stern Essay Prize for Women’s Studies.

She is a member of the Unemployment Action Committee and the Westchester Women’s Bar Association.
