Attorney Tatiana F. DaSilva to Receive a “40 Under Forty” Award Presented by Westfair Business Journals
Congratulations to Attorney Tatiana F. DaSilva who will receive a “40 Under Forty” Award on June 12th presented by Westfair Business Journals at Serafresca at the IC in Stamford. Forty of the best and brightest business leaders in Fairfield County, under the age of 40, will be honored for their leadership, innovation, and outstanding contributions in their fields.
Tatiana became a Principal of Cohen and Wolf, P.C. in January 2025. She is a member of the firm’s Trust & Estates, Elder Law, and Tax practice groups. Tatiana represents individual clients looking to develop and implement estate plans that preserve and transmit assets while meeting personal and family goals. In addition to her experience in estate planning and estate administration, Tatiana assists her clients in navigating elder law issues, such as conservatorships, supplemental needs trusts and Medicaid applications.
Active in her community, Tatiana serves on the Executive Committee and the CLE Committee of the Estates and Probate Section of the Connecticut Bar Association, and is a member of Plan of Connecticut, a Connecticut-based organization that administers special needs trusts. Tatiana is Chair of the Board of Directors for the Brass City Ballet (2018 to present); a member of the Rising Professional Advisors Council for the Fairfield County Community Foundation (2017 to present); and serves on the Executive Committee of the Westover School Board of Trustees (2022 to present).
In 2022, Tatiana was the recipient of a “New Leader in the Law” award by the Connecticut Law Tribune. Tatiana has also been recognized by Best Lawyers "Ones to Watch" for Trusts and Estates (2021-2025) and Connecticut Super Lawyers® as a "Rising Star" for Estate & Probate (2019-2024).
Tatiana is a recent graduate of Class II of the New England Fellows Institute of the American College of Trusts and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). She obtained her M.A. and H.B.A, honors with high distinction, from the University of Toronto, and her J.D., summa cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law.
Tatiana is resident in the firm’s Bridgeport office.
