Attorney Rachael E. Spina Accepted into the New England Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel

Cohen and Wolf, P.C. is proud to announce that Attorney Rachael E. Spina, an associate in the firm’s Westport office, has been accepted into Class III of the New England Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).

Rachael is a member of Cohen and Wolf’s Tax, Trusts & Estates and Business & Corporate Practice Groups and joined the firm in January 2022. In addition to her acceptance to the ACTEC Fellows Institute, Rachael is currently working towards earning her LL.M. in Taxation at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, with an expected graduation of May 2026. She earned her J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law in North Haven, Connecticut in 2020.

The New England Fellows Institute was created by ACTEC Fellows to develop the profession’s future leaders in trust and estate law through a series of in-depth educational presentations led by outstanding subject matter experts in each field from across the U.S. The institute includes six sessions for lawyers who were nominated by an ACTEC Fellow and selected through a competitive application process.
