Attorney Rachael E. Spina to Graduate from University of Florida Levin College of Law with LL.M. in Taxation
Cohen and Wolf is pleased to announce that Attorney Rachael E. Spina will graduate today, May 14, 2026, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law Graduate Tax Program with an LL.M. in Taxation. For 20 years, Florida Law’s tax program has ranked among the top three programs in the nation.
During the LL.M. program, Rachael completed a variety of advanced tax courses, including Estate and Gift Tax, Corporate Income Taxation I & II, International Taxation I & II, Partnership Taxation, and Taxation of Trusts and Estates. Completion of this program further strengthens her ability to advise clients on complex tax, estate planning, and business matters. It also enhances her expertise in an area where an LL.M. in Taxation is highly regarded by mid- to high-net-worth individuals and their advisors.
Rachael is a member of Cohen and Wolf’s Tax, Trusts & Estates and Business & Corporate Practice Groups and joined the firm in January 2022. She was recently accepted into Class III of the New England Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). She earned her J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law in North Haven, Connecticut, in 2020.
Rachael has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Tax Law (2025–2026) and Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Trusts and Estates (2026). She has also been named to the Connecticut Super Lawyers® “Rising Stars” list for Estate & Probate (2022–2026).
