LLCs 2.0:  Member Disputes & Drafting Tips to Avoid Them

Levine, Principal and and Chair of Cohen and Wolf's Business & Corporate, Physicians Practices Groups, and a member of the Real Estate and Commercial Lending Groups, will participate in a panel hosted by the Connecticut Bar Association to discuss “LLCs 2.0: Member Disputes & Drafting Tips to Avoid Them.” 

Learn everything you need to know about the new Connecticut Uniform LLC Act through hypothetical examples and case studies. Sample operating agreement provisions will be provided as the basis for drafting “dos” and “don’ts,” and the panel will make drafting suggestions to mitigate potential disputes. The program will also address how best to draft language for governance, distributions, fiduciary duty limitations, judicial resolution of member disputes, and other tools to address commonly recurring LLC issues.
