Attorney Greta E. Solomon has been assisting clients in the areas of estate planning, elder law, and probate administration (including estates, trusts, conservatorships, guardianships, etc.) for more than 40 years. Greta is chair of Cohen and Wolf's Trusts & Estates, Elder Law, and Tax Groups. Attorney Tatiana F. DaSilva represents individual clients looking to develop and implement estate plans that preserve and transmit assets while meeting personal and family goals. In addition, Tatiana assists her clients in navigating elder law issues, such as conservatorships, supplemental needs trusts and Medicaid applications. Recently, Tatiana has been recognized as a Connecticut Super Lawyers® Rising Star (2019-2022) and named to Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America® in Trust and Estates (2021-2023). Last year, she was the recipient of the Connecticut Law Tribune, "New Leader in the Law" Award. Tatiana is a member of Plan of Connecticut, a Connecticut-based organization that administers special needs trusts. Involved in her community, Tatiana is President of the Board of Governors and a trustee at Westover School, a member of the Rising Professional Advisors Council for the Fairfield County Community Foundation, and serves on the Board of Directors of both the Connecticut Arts Alliance and the Brass City Ballet.
