On September 16th, Attorney Greta E. Solomon will be a featured co-speaker at a lunch and learn event entitled “Elevate Your Impact: Estate Planning & Tax-Wise Philanthropy” at Norwalk Hospital. This engaging discussion will cover tax-wise philanthropy, trusts, and estate planning and include the opportunity to ask questions.

This event will feature:

  • Gerald B. Goldberg and Attorney Greta E. Solomon sharing valuable perspectives on how thoughtful planning can maximize philanthropic impact.
  • A special update from Peter Cordeau, President of Norwalk Hospital, on the hospital’s affiliation with Northwell Health and the new Bauer Family Pavilion.

Greta Solomon serves as chair of Cohen and Wolf's Trusts & EstatesElder Law, and Tax Groups. Greta has been assisting clients in the areas of estate planning, elder law, and probate administration (including estates, trusts, conservatorships, guardianships, etc.) for more than 45 years. Her in-depth knowledge of the tax codes and sophisticated estate planning techniques allows her to provide counsel on complex estate matters. Greta is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). She is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). Greta served on the Executive Committee of the Estates and Probate Section of the Connecticut Bar Association and is now an ad hoc member of that executive committee. She is a frequent lecturer on topics related to estate planning and special needs trusts and regularly participates in continuing legal education programs sponsored by the Connecticut Bar Association and the Bridgeport Bar Association.
