Attorney David Levine Guest Lectures on Mergers and Acquisitions at Quinnipiac University School of Law
On Thursday, February 5, Cohen and Wolf Attorney David Levine was a guest lecturer for a Business Law class at Quinnipiac University School of Law. David led a discussion on Mergers and Acquisitions with second- and third-year law students, sharing practical insights drawn from his extensive transactional experience.
“It was amazing to see how engaged each of the students was,” David explained. “They asked insightful questions and truly absorbed the relevance of the exercise.”
David walked the second- and third-year law students through a sample deal, from the Letter of Intent through the definitive Purchase Agreement, reflecting on and sharing real-world issues throughout the presentation. Attorney Anna Fennell was also in attendance and spoke with students about her experiences as a transactional associate.
A detail-oriented dealmaker, David spends much of his time quarterbacking, negotiating, and documenting transactions across a wide range of deal sizes and subject matter. With nearly four decades of experience, a meaningful percentage of David’s practice is devoted to the legal relationships involving healthcare entities and the entrepreneurial professionals who comprise them.
Most recently, David was named the 2026 Best Lawyers in America® “Lawyer of the Year” for Business Organizations (including LLCs and Partnerships) in the Stamford, CT metro area.
