Cohen and Wolf Welcomes 2012 Summer Associates
BRIDGEPORT, CT May 31, 2012 - Cohen and Wolf, P.C. is pleased to announce that law students Shane Goodrich and Brian Spring have joined the firm as Summer Associates. While at Cohen and Wolf, they will have an opportunity to work on projects for many attorneys in the firm, across a variety of practice areas. They also will have opportunities to attend and observe hearings, depositions, mediations, client meetings, and trials.
Brian Spring is pursuing a Juris Doctor at Boston College Law School with an expected graduation date of May 2013. At B.C. law school, Mr. Spring serves as a member of the Public Interest Law Foundation.
Mr. Spring previously earned a Bachelor’s degree with honors, cum laude, in history at Boston College. His work experience includes internships for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office in the Narcotics and Asset Forfeiture Unit and in the office of State Senator Bruce Tarr.
Shane R. Goodrich is pursuing a Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law with an expected graduation date of May 2013. At UCONN School of Law, Mr. Goodrich serves as president of the Environmental Law Society; a William R. Davis 2010 Mock Trial Competitor; and a member of the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal.
Mr. Goodrich previously earned a Bachelor’s degree with honors (Dean’s List) in journalism and political science from the University of Connecticut. His previous work experience includes serving as an intern in the Civil Division of the Attorney General’s office in Providence, Rhode Island.
