Cohen and Wolf Welcomes Miss Connecticut 2023, Gina Carloto, for "Lunch and Learn" Session

In recognition of Women’s History Month, we welcomed Gina Carloto, MBA for a DEI Lunch & Learn session. Gina, crowned Miss Connecticut 2023, spoke to us about her inspiring journey as a survivor of domestic violence and founder of The Grace Collective, an organization dedicated to serving local communities through four key pillars — health, education, advocacy, and lifestyle ("HEAL"). Gina founded The Grace Collective to honor the legacy of her mother, also a survivor of domestic violence, who passed away from cancer in 2022.
 
Gina shared the ways her personal and pageantry experiences, coupled with her background in dance and finance, created the inspiration and foundation for her philanthropic and community service efforts. She also spoke of the positive impact all pageant contests are making in their respective communities.
