Overview

Andrew focuses his practice on estate planning, administration of trusts and estates, tax law, and elder law. He strives to provide his clients with the clarity and efficiency they seek in meeting their personal and family goals within these areas of practice. Andrew also represents clients involved in contested probate matters before the Probate and Superior Courts.

Prior to joining Cohen and Wolf, Andrew was an associate attorney at Giuliano Richardson & Sfara, LLC, in Woodbury, Connecticut, where he was involved in sophisticated estate planning. Andrew is also a former Assistant District Attorney for the Worcester County, Massachusetts District Attorney’s office where he tried over twenty cases to jury verdict and successfully prosecuted hundreds of other felonies and misdemeanors while a part of the sexual assault unit. His diverse background provides him with the knowledge and foresight to identify potential issues across multiple practice areas.

Andrew lives in Newtown, Connecticut with his wife and their two sons.
