Cohen and Wolf's Common Interest Communities Group has broad experience in all aspects of Connecticut law regarding condominiums, cooperatives, associations, tax districts, and planned communities. We represent developers, common interest community associations, and unit owners on a wide range of matters in connection with both residential and commercial common interest communities.

Our services include all types of litigation and arbitration, as well as common charge and fine collection and foreclosure, drafting and amending of common interest community documentation, negotiation and closing of common interest community loans, contract review, and general counseling.
