LAUREN G. WALTERS is an associate in Cohen and Wolf, P.C.'s Real Estate, Securities, Physicians Practice and Business & Corporate Groups. Resident in the firm's Bridgeport office, Ms. Walters’s practice encompasses a broad range of business and real estate transactions, including entity formation, corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, securities, commercial and residential real estate acquisitions, conveyances, financing and leasing.

Ms. Walters is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York. She is a member of the American, New York, Connecticut and Greater Bridgeport Bar Associations, and is also a member of the Business Law and Real Property sections of the Connecticut Bar Association.

Ms. Walters received her B.A. in 2003 from Yale University and her J.D., with honors, in 2006 from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she was a member of the Connecticut Public Interest Law Journal.
