Julie Kohler Featured Speaker at Subdivision Law Seminar

Julie D. Kohler, Co-chair of the Land Use group at Cohen and Wolf, P.C., is a featured speaker at a seminar on "Subdivision Law in Connecticut" sponsored by Lorman Educational Services. The seminar provides practical information about how to navigate through complex subdivision procedures and how the subdivision process interacts with other Land Use and permitting processes.

Ms. Kohler will examine critical issues related to public improvements, including the adoption of subdivision regulations, what you need to know about the application, how to navigate the public hearing processes, as well as special subdivision issues.

The CLE seminar is designed for attorneys, engineers, managers, planners, developers, architects, surveyors, zoning board members, real estate professionals and land use officials.
