Two New Associates Move to Cohen and Wolf

Bridgeport, June 15, 2007- Cohen and Wolf, P.C., has added two new associates, Pamela A. Lutin and David M. Morosan, to its diverse team of attorneys.

Pamela Lutin practices in the areas of business and real estate related litigation. Ms. Lutin will be part of Cohen and Wolf's Litigation Group and be based in the Firm's Bridgeport office. She previously practiced at the law firm of Holahan, Gumpper & Dowling in Fairfield.

Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Lutin served as a clerk in the New Haven Superior Court, and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Ellen Bree Burns, Senior District Court Judge for the District of Connecticut.

Ms. Lutin is admitted to practice in Connecticut. She is a member of the Greater Bridgeport and Connecticut Bar Associations. Ms. Lutin received her B.A. in 2002 from Union College and her J.D., magna cum laude, in 2005 from Quinnipiac University School of Law where she served as the Opinions Editor of the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal.

David Morosan concentrates his practice in the areas of business and real estate transactions, as well as telecommunications and municipal law. He will also be based in the Firm's Bridgeport office as an associate in the Business & Corporate, Real Estate, Telecommunications & Utilities, and Municipal Groups.

Mr. Morosan previously practiced at the law firm of Sullivan & Cromwell in Manhattan. Prior to entering private practice, he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Peter C. Dorsey, District Court Judge for the District of Connecticut and was an intern in the Connecticut State's Attorneys' Office in New Haven.

Mr. Morosan is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York. He is a member of the American and Connecticut Bar Associations. He received his B.S. magna cum laude, in 2001 from the University of Connecticut, and his J.D., summa cum laude, in 2006 from Quinnipiac University School of Law. Mr. Morosan served as Lead Articles Editor for the Quinnipiac Law Review where he published "Raymond v. United States: The Second Circuit Enters the Fray on the Tax Treatment of Contingent Fees." 24 QUINNIPIAC L. REV. 423 (2006).
