COHEN AND WOLF ADDS THREE NEW ASSOCIATES

Bridgeport, December 11, 2007 - Cohen and Wolf, P.C., has announced that Dori-Ellen S. Feltman, Austin D. Kim and Joseph B. Schwartz have joined the law firm as associates. The three lawyers are all based in the firm's Bridgeport office.

Dori-Ellen S. Feltman, a resident of Easton, focuses her practice on all aspects of matrimonial law. Ms. Feltman has considerable trial and appellate experience and has appeared numerous times before the Appellate Division in New York.

Ms. Feltman previously was a senior associate concentrating in family law and appellate litigation at DelBello Donnellan Weingarten Wise & Wiederkehr, LLC in White Plains, New York. Prior to entering private practice in 1995, she was a court attorney for the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department, in Brooklyn, New York. She is admitted in Connecticut, New York and Texas.

Active in the community, Ms. Feltman served as treasurer of "Education for Easton" and is immediate past chair of EdCom. Both organizations are dedicated to supporting and enhancing Easton's public schools. Ms. Feltman received her B.A. with distinction, from the University of Michigan, at Ann Arbor in 1988, and her J.D., from Washington University School of Law in 1991, where she was Articles Editor for the Washington University Journal of Urban & Contemporary Law.

Austin Kim, a resident of Stamford, will focus his practice on commercial litigation. He gained litigation experience during law school as a law clerk at Hatch and Parent in Santa Barbara, California and at Kenney and Sams, P.C. in Massachusetts. He also worked at the Jerome N. Frank Legal Services Organization, which links law students with individuals and organizations in need of legal help who cannot afford private attorneys.

He earned his J.D. in 2007 from the Boston University School of Law. While in law school, he served as Articles Editor for the Annual Review of Banking and Financial Law. Mr. Kim received his B.A. in 2003 from the University of California, San Diego. Mr. Kim is from Cerritos, California.

Joseph Schwartz, who lives in New Haven, practices business and real estate related litigation, as well as telecommunications and municipal law. He previously was a law clerk at two Hartford-based firms: O'Connell, Flaherty & Attmore and Cranmore, Fitzgerald and Meaney. While in college, Mr. Schwartz interned for two summers at The Blackstone Group, where he contributed to a variety of accounting and forecasting projects.

Mr. Schwartz received his J.D., in 2007, from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he was a Pudlin Scholar. While at law school, Mr. Schwartz was awarded the CALI excellence Award for Class Performance in Moot Court and served as the Administrative Editor of the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal. He graduated magna cum laude, in 2004, from the George Washington University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Mr. Schwartz is from East Brunswick, N.J.
