Bridgeport Superior Court denies motion to dismiss Abel Bradley House injunction action

Bridgeport Superior Court Judge Julia D. Dewey recently denied a motion to dismiss the injunction action that temporarily prevents developers from demolishing this historic structure. Judge Dewey extended the ex parte temporary injunction until she rules, after a hearing, on the application for temporary injunction. Cohen and Wolf, P.C. brought this action on behalf of Eleanor Dickey, president of the Coalition for Preservation of the Abel Bradley House. The Abel Bradley House is under consideration for listing on the National Registry of Historic Places. Attorneys Austin K. Wolf and Stewart I. Edelstein are working on preventing the demolition of this historic and architecturally important structure.
