BRIDGEPORT, CT, January 4, 2005 - The Bridgeport-based law firm of Cohen and Wolf, P.C. is pleased to announce that Vincent M. Marino  has become a shareholder of the firm.

Mr. Marino is a member of Cohen and Wolf, P.C.'s Litigation and Municipal Groups. Resident in the firm's Bridgeport office, he practices in the areas of commercial litigation, construction, municipal law and bankruptcy. Mr. Marino is admitted to practice in Connecticut; New York; the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut; the Southern District of New York; and the Eastern District of New York. He is a member of the Greater Bridgeport, Connecticut, American, Stamford/Norwalk Regional and New York Bar Associations, and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.

A resident of Orange, Connecticut, Mr. Marino is chairman of the Orange Republican Town Committee and past president of the Orange Young Republicans. He previously served on the Paralegal Advisory Board for the Sacred Heart University Paralegal Program in Trumbull, Connecticut. He is a member of the Milford Chamber of Commerce and a mentor for the Bridgeport Bridge Academy.

In 2004, Mr. Marino received a prestigious New Leaders of the Law Award. Sponsored by the Connecticut Law Tribune, the awards program honors Connecticut lawyers who demonstrate leadership, innovation and dedication within their profession and communities.

Mr. Marino received his B.A. in 1993 from the State University of New York at Binghamton and his J.D. in 1996 from Quinnipiac University School of Law.
