Danbury Attorney Robin Kahn to Speak At the Annual Meeting of the Connecticut Bar Association May 10, 2010 Attorney Robin Kahn, principal in the Danbury Office of Cohen and Wolf, P.C. will be a moderator/speaker for a session on the Connecticut Common Interest Community Act at the 2010 Annual Meeting of the Connecticut Bar Association. Ms. Kahn, along with another attorney, will be discussing significant changes made by the 2009 amendments to the act and how those changes will affect existing communities as well as the creation of new ones. The meeting will be held on June 14 at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford. Robin Kahn has more than 25 years representing real estate developers and owners of commercial, residential and industrial properties in all aspects of real estate acquisition and disposition, development, leasing and financing. She has significant experience in land use and common interest community law; including drafting public offering statements and other formation documents, handling community association loans, and reviewing and amending common interest community documentation. |
