JOSHUA Z. HERSH serves as of counsel to Cohen and Wolf, P.C. and is a member of the Trusts & Estates Group. Resident in the firm's Westport office, he offers extensive estate planning and elder law knowledge obtained as the co-founding partner of Hersh & Fowler-Cruz, and from his background as a financial consultant on Wall Street. Mr. Hersh dedicates his practice to the protection of the elderly and their families by preserving the accumulative wealth for which his clients have strenuously labored throughout their lives.

Mr. Hersh is admitted to practice in Connecticut; New York; and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc. (NAELA), New York State Bar Association and the Westchester County Bar Association, where he serves on the Elder Law and Trusts and Estates Committee.

Mr. Hersh received his B.A. in 1980 from Brooklyn College and his J.D. in 1994 from the Quinnipiac College School of Law.
