PATRICIA CURTIN SULLIVAN is a principal and co-chair of Cohen and Wolf, P.C.'s Land Use & Zoning Group. She is also a member of the Litigation, Municipal and Real Estate Groups. Resident in the firm's Bridgeport office, Ms. Sullivan serves as associate town attorney for the Towns of Wilton (since 1992), Weston (since 2000) and Ridgefield (since 2000). She served as assistant town attorney for the Town of Westport from 1991-93, and as interim assistant town attorney from 1997-98. Ms. Sullivan also represents the land use boards in the Town of Orange. She has tried more than forty land use cases to judgment and appears regularly before Connecticut's appellate courts.

Ms. Sullivan is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Connecticut, in New York State, in Washington, D. C., in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and before the United States Supreme Court. She is a member and a former treasurer and director of the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association. She is also a member of the American, Connecticut and Fairfield County Bar Associations. Ms. Sullivan serves on the Connecticut Bar Association's Executive Committee of the Section on Planning and Zoning. She is also a member of the Litigation and Real Estate Sections of the State Bar. Ms. Sullivan serves as an attorney trial referee, factfinder and arbitrator for the Connecticut State Judicial Department.

Active in the community, Ms. Sullivan serves on the Advisory Board of the Gallery of Contemporary Art at Sacred Heart University and as a Lay Lector at Saint Theresa's church in Trumbull.

Ms. Sullivan received her B.A. in 1980 from Fordham University and her J.D. in 1989 from Fordham University School of Law.
