Robin A. Kahn is a principal in Cohen and Wolf, P.C.'s Real Estate, Common Interest Community and Land Use & Zoning Groups. Resident in the firm's Danbury office, Ms. Kahn practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, land use law, and common interest community law.

Ms. Kahn has 30 years experience representing real estate developers and owners of commercial, residential and industrial properties in all aspects of real estate acquisition and disposition, development, leasing and financing. She has significant experience in common interest community law and land use; including representation of community associations and drafting public offering statements and other formation documents, handling community association loans, and reviewing and amending common interest community documentation.

Ms. Kahn is admitted to practice in Connecticut and the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut. She is a member of the Danbury, Connecticut and American Bar Associations.

Ms. Kahn currently serves as Secretary of the Bethel Public Library Board of Directors. She is a member of the Wooster School Board of Trustees and chairperson of the Lawyers Council of the Community Associations Institute, Connecticut Chapter.

Ms. Kahn received her B.A. in 1977 (Phi Beta Kappa) from Trinity College, and her J.D. in 1980 from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
