MONTE E. FRANK is a principal and co-chair of Cohen and Wolf, P.C.'s Municipal Group and is a member of the Litigation, Employment & Labor, Physicians Practice, and Telecommunications & Utilities Groups. He represents business and municipal clients in the state and federal courts in
Mr. Frank was recognized in the 2009 and 2010 editions of Chambers USA - America's Leading Lawyers for Business, as a leader in the field of Commercial Litigation, stating: "Effective litigator Monte Frank is lauded for his efficiency, and for representing his clients with the appropriate level of aggression when the situation dictates."
