Leonard C. Blum serves as of counsel to Cohen and Wolf, P.C. where he is a member of the firm's Real Estate Group. He focuses his practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate with particular experience in condominium development and ownership. Mr. Blum was previously of counsel to the firm of Kleban & Samor in Southport, and was a principal at Gladstone, Schwartz, Baroff & Blum in Bridgeport.

Mr. Blum is admitted to practice in Connecticut and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit. He is a member of the Bridgeport, Connecticut and American Bar Associations. Active in the community, Mr. Blum served on the Board of Directors of the Bridgeport Regional Business Council. He is the former Chairman of the Fairfield Conservation Commission and the Board of Assessment Appeals. Mr. Blum was an elected member of Fairfield 's Representative Town Meeting and chaired a legislative subcommittee.

Mr. Blum received his B.S. in 1963 from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and his J.D., in 1966 from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
