JONATHAN S. BOWMAN is a principal in Cohen and Wolf, P.C.'s Litigation, Appellate, Municipal and Real Estate Groups. Resident in the firm's Bridgeport office, Mr. Bowman practices in the areas of title insurance, real estate and condominium law, condemnations, property tax appeals, foreclosures, workouts and bankruptcy law.

He is admitted to practice in Connecticut, and the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut, U.S. Court of Military Appeals, and U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit. Mr. Bowman is a member of the American, Connecticut and Greater Bridgeport Bar Associations, and is counsel to the affordable housing program of the Town of Fairfield. He served as a lecturer on law at the University of Bridgeport and is a member of the Fairfield Charter Revision Commission. He received his A.B. in 1963 from Indiana University and his J.D. in 1966 from the University of Connecticut.
