DAVID M. MOROSAN is an associate in Cohen and Wolf, P.C.'s Business & Corporate, Securities, Real Estate, Physicians Practices and Common Interest Communities Groups. Resident in the firm's Bridgeport office, Mr. Morosan's practice includes a broad range of business and real estate transactions, including entity formation, corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, securities, commercial real estate, commercial lending and advising common interest communities.

He previously practiced at the law firm of Sullivan & Cromwell, LLP in Manhattan. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Morosan served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Peter C. Dorsey, District Court Judge for the District of Connecticut and was an intern in the Connecticut State's Attorneys' Office in New Haven.

Mr. Morosan is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York. He is a member of the American, Connecticut and Greater Bridgeport Bar Associations, and is also a member of the Business Law and Real Property sections of the Connecticut Bar Association.

He received his B.S. magna cum laude, in 2001 from the University of Connecticut, and his J.D., summa cum laude, in 2006 from Quinnipiac University School of Law. Mr. Morosan served as Lead Articles Editor for the Quinnipiac Law Review where he published "Raymond v. United States: The Second Circuit Enters the Fray on the Tax Treatment of Contingent Fees." 24 QUINNIPIAC L. REV. 423 (2006).
