DAVID L. GROGINS is a principal and co-chair of Cohen and Wolf, P.C.'s Municipal Group. He is also a member of the Land Use & Zoning and Real Estate Groups. Resident in the firm's Danbury office, Mr. Grogins practices in the areas of municipal, commercial real estate, planning and zoning law. He serves as town attorney for the Towns of Newtown (since 1990) and Ridgefield (since 2000). Mr. Grogins served as a member of the Newtown Board of Education and the Board of Tax Review.
He is admitted to practice in Connecticut and the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut. Mr. Grogins is a member of the American, Connecticut and Danbury Bar Associations. He received his A.B. in 1967 from Union College and his J.D. in 1971 from Boston College Law School.
