DANIEL S. NAGEL is a principal in Cohen and Wolf, P.C.'s Real Estate Group. Resident in the firm's Bridgeport office, Mr. Nagel practices in the areas of real estate and environmental law. He represents numerous commercial real estate developers and investors particularly with the acquisition, redevelopment and leasing of properties with environmental risk. In addition, he represents financial institutions in real estate-based lending transactions.
Mr. Nagel is admitted to practice in Connecticut and the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut. He is a member of the Greater Bridgeport (chairperson, Real Estate Section, 1994-1995), Connecticut (Executive Committee of Real Estate Section 1999-2005) and American Bar Associations. From 1991 to 1995, he served on the Board of Finance of the Town of Trumbull, Connecticut. He also served on the Board of Directors of Bridgeport Futures, Inc. Presently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of LMG Programs, Inc.
Mr. Nagel received his B.S. with distinction in 1981 from Cornell University's College of Agricultural and Life Sciences and his J.D. in 1984 from Cornell Law School.
