CARRIE L. LARSON is an associate in Cohen and Wolf, P.C.'s Litigation, Land Use & Zoning, Telecommunications & Utilities and Municipal Groups. Resident in the firm's Bridgeport office, Ms. Larson practices in the areas of commercial litigation, land use, zoning and municipal law. She represents numerous major telecommunications providers and tower companies in the negotiation, acquisition and implementation of wireless telecommunications facilities. She currently counsels national telecommunications companies and tower owners regarding regulatory compliance, transactional due diligence, litigation matters, and zoning and environmental review and approval processes. She regularly appears before the Connecticut Siting Council on behalf of the firm’s telecommunications clients.

Ms. Larson represents municipalities in a range of matters, including tax appeals, eminent domain, and real property litigation. She has argued numerous land use appeals and regularly appears before local land use agencies on behalf of the firm's land use clients. In addition, Ms. Larson is a member of the firm’s litigation department and practices in the areas of commercial and real property litigation. She has also appeared before the Connecticut Appellate Court.

Ms. Larson is admitted to practice in Connecticut. She is member of the American, Greater Bridgeport and Connecticut Bar Associations. She is a member of the Planning and Zoning and Public Utility Law sections of the Connecticut Bar Association. She is a member of the Leadership Greater Bridgeport Class 18, a community leadership development program, and she serves as co-president of the Fairfield County Bates Club. In addition, Ms. Larson is a member of the Board of Directors of the Playhouse on the Green in Bridgeport.

Ms. Larson received her B.S. in 1998, magna cum laude, from Bates College and her J.D. in 2002 from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she served as managing editor of the Connecticut Law Review .
