Commercial Litigation Attorney Joins Cohen and Wolf
DANBURY, CT (July 2, 2012) - Cohen and Wolf, P.C., is pleased to announce that Nathan Zezula has joined the firm’s litigation practice. He will spend time in the firm’s Danbury and Bridgeport offices.
Mr. Zezula's commercial litigation experience includes breach of contract claims, unfair trade practice claims, disputes arising from the sale of businesses, non-compete claims, real estate disputes and trade secret misappropriation claims, as well as fraud and breach of fiduciary duty claims. He also has extensive experience in securing pre-judgment relief, including temporary injunctions and restraining orders. In addition, Mr. Zezula has represented clients in federal patent infringement disputes and bankruptcy adversary proceedings.
Mr. Zezula is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York, as well as before the United States District Courts for the District of Connecticut and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Mr. Zezula received his B.A. from Tulane University and graduated magna cum laude from Pace Law School, where he was managing editor of the PACE LAW REVIEW. He was previously associated with Meister, Seelig & Fein LLP and Robinson & Cole LLP.
After law school Mr. Zezula clerked for the Honorable George A. Yanthis, Magistrate Judge, United States District Court, S.D.N.Y. Prior to embarking on his legal career, Mr. Zezula spent four years on active duty as an artillery officer in the United States Army in Germany and Kosovo, leaving with the rank of Captain.
